And about the greatcoat guy: he's the standard soldier, and no I'm afraid the coat doesn't flap in the wind, as cools as that would be. It move's with the legs while walking however, and folds up if you crouch etc. You'll see it in action yourself soon enough

But the Scout's helmet looks really really retarded, like his head is a little blob in a cage.
And the "RiotBreaker" doesn't bend his knees enough, he looks a bit chicken-legged.
