Not bad.... I suggest you improve the shell to make it look "chunkier" and improve the shading on the body. Your legs also look a bit too thin and unshaded. Otherwise it's pretty good.

I think you would do well the have the whit shell as the torso and the brain glass case as the head. Alternatively, have the outer shell as a helmet of some sort. Point is, if you have backups of each piece seperated, the modder that implements this will have an easier time should he decide to do something unexpected.

I think you need to get the head at the front rather than the top. That hunchback look is how I always saw the white brainbot. Perhaps I'm just looking at it strangely? I'd go with what 411570N3 says about making it chunkier; particularly the rim around the brain case and the legs.

Also, I'm sure you already know this, but you ought to brace yourself for the eventuality of the official white brainbot... still, if you really want it now that makes no odds I guess =)

From my point of view, I think the robot in the picture has it's head leaning a bit forward, like an animal's head. Also, the ring armor around the brain have to be thicker.

I agree with soldat, try thinking of a velociraptor-like pose.

Agree with Decaying Soldat, the walk sistem must be
something like the raptor of Kloveska faction :

Done this, you just have to add miniguns to arms,
and make an armor-attachable for brain protection.
If need more help PM me

P.D.: Make the shoulder shields bigger, like in the pic,
they have to be at least the 90% of big like the miniguns.

ok i didn't do much with the legs yet i have been looking at the Kloveska raptor like NaXx suggested and as you can see i worked on getting the brain armor thickened and slanting the body forward
again i have never made sprites before so this is all new to me later i will brake it down into parts better but for now i just am working on getting the look right i think i may need to make it hunch more what do you guys think?
