It sounds pretty awesome, I've wanted to play more dinamic missions in CC rather than classic blasting 'till the brain is dead or the ship arrived.

So, count me in the "Other Odd Jobs".
I can help out in any random thing you may want. Except spriting.

Does it matter if the magazines are held items? I don't see why they'd have to be.

Tbh contrary if you haven't played half life 2 yet you should go do that NOW.
It's not amazing by today's standards, but it's still a pretty good game.
