 MOPixel taking the color of GUI pixel to the right of it?

Post MOPixel taking the color of GUI pixel to the right of it?
Is it possible to make an MOPixel take the color of the pixel on the GUI, for example, 1 pixel to the right of it? If you made a bunch of said pixels in a "cloud", it would make a rippling effect, like hot air.
