So I have been trying to make a dummy based on the Green Dummies but found this error.
I have double checked for any typos, deleted the line and typed it again and I compared it to the devices.ini of vanilla factions.
Sorry if this turns out to be a stupid mistake but I can't tell what's wrong for the life of me.

It's because you have incorrect indentation. There's a tab in front of the include's and a few other things. These need to be in order for the game to parse the file correctly.

So I need to add a tab before the IncludeFile?

Yes, look at the index.ini in the other rte folders.

Doesn't seem to stop the problem.

The bug appears to be in the device.ini but other device.inis don't have the tabbed IncludeFiles.

Then I am stumped. I have no idea. If it isn't in the index then try not having indentation.

I think i see the problem!

There are two ".ini"s behind the filename. Delete one of those, and you should be good to go.

Assuming it was a typo.

I stripped it down and rewrote all the indexes and file names.
Now it works.
