So I have this Long Range sniper and I would like to see what I am aiming at since when I aim I can't see my actor (that long range) so how to I make the place I'm pointing at glow? Does it have something to do with emitters?

There's several ways you could go about it. You could attach an emitter to the front of your gun and have it constantly shoot invisible particles that, when they impact anything, emit a glow particle. You could also make a Lua script that uses a ray to do the same, creating a glow particle wherever the ray impacts. It's been too long since I did any modding to know exactly what the code would be for the Lua script, but the emitter would be like any standard emitter, just pointed in a specific direction and emitting the invisible particle constantly.

Here, take a look at UltraLight, a mini-mod I put together with the help of a few people. It's easy to integrate with any existing mod and should do exactly what you want.
