I want to know how I can reduce the recoil on some weapons, as in, not making the ROF slower just so the recoil is weaker, but tweak around other data for it.

you can reduce it by putting in RecoilTransmission = 1 under the rate of fire and reload speed. you can change how much recoil you have by placing numbers like .50 , .30 , .10 at the end of RecoilTransmission which reduce the recoil to 50%, 30%, or 10%. 1 also means the recoil does not change while adding more to it increases the recoil.
