Post subject:  can I make a mod about arrest an enemy actor ?

I have idea for make a mod about content arrest an enemy actor, but I think game has limited functionality
mod has some function:
disable enemy hand to enemy can't catch the weapon
when ally need rescue, ally need remove any thing like the handcuff...
bring enemy actor on craft, sell enemy actor to get the gold
put enemy actor uder my actor (I think, this is realizable)
can I make it ?

I will try to understand the best I can.

What you could do is that you can make a script that attaches an emitter on an actor, the emitter has the distruptor lua for the disable that you were talking about and then you could do something like the disarmer and the mines? Like you make a code that removes that emitter that disables that character.

As for selling enemy actors I think that works I just don't know if you will get the money for them, I just know that they can be loaded into your craft at least.
As for your last query, there are several mods that allow you to control the enemy actors.
