Sorry, I made a typo in the instructions.

Anyway, to simplify thing, I made a patch.

I still don't understand how it would break with that error.

With the fixed screen.ini, there are no references to the screen within the red/green screen code.

EDIT:
The name of the broken ini might help fix it.

The only inis I changed for lights were scenes, the lua code and index.

So i take it that Shard read my reply and it still didn't work? I guess i could have just uploaded the screen.ini.....it was a simple fix. The paths in screen.ini are pointing to Base.rte/Scenes/Objects/TutorialBunker/RoofScreenFG.bmp. I don't know about you, but i don't have such directory in Build 22.

The correct path for Build 22 would be Tutorial.rte/Scenes/Objects/RoofScreenFG.bmp. If it's not, just find the file, and correct the paths. There were quite a few of them. I'll upload the ini that works for me anyway.

Take a look at the link. I believe winrar can open 7z, but you can't go wrong with the original utility if it doesn't.

Winrar should work with any non-corrupted .7z, it just lacks the ability to create them...

Aspect, why is the Single Player.ini a 0kb blank file?

Even more interesting it says in the Index.ini to make SP work.
And besides that the file wont load because it says something about
"Base.rte/Scenes/Objects/TutorialBunker/RoofScreenFG.bmp"

Could you atleast test your stuff before releasing? Rushed stuff sucks generally.

Sorry if this has already been posted, but this version is identical to the version currently on the OP (this post made 5th of April, 2009) but is probably mac compatible and definitely compatible with the mac-for-windows version of build 22, which is what I'm using. Enjoy.

hey, sorry 'bout the problems. The file path error is because I installed build 22 over build 21 and so all the tutorial stuff is in base.rte too. Didn't notice that that would be a problem.
As for singleplayer.ini, that was just copied from what someone else had uploaded. I don't know exactly what was supposed to be there, but it doesn't really hurt to have it there.
I'll reupload the path fix. As for single player stuff, I might look at it later, but it's the last day of spring break and I have homework due tomorrow.

I have the single player fixed.

Anyway, anybody know a good way to pass data to a lua based on what scene it's on?

Might help give a bit of AI spawn bias in single player mode.
