Now it looks way better. Thanks a lot.

Though I would prefer to keep the looping, unless the map is enlarged.

Also, yes, the coalition soldier is different from the vanilla soldiers in a number of ways. I'd upload my version of the coalition rte, but people don't seem to like edited vanilla factions very much.

You obviously are oblivious to my Dummy travesties. I definitely like the mask. It looks like you were going for a look more like your avatar, which appeared to have turned out alright. I say upload.

Seconded, even if it is an edit of vanilla content, it sure as hell improves the look of it = win

That's the point. You define your own materials in the new materials.ini, same as the regular ones but different index, and set them to be your new texture.

OK, but how do I match the new materials with colours in the map bmp file? I assumed the colours were determined by that "palette.bmp" file in the base directory, but when I pasted it into the map file to copy the colours over, they bled together because the palette.bmp file is, well, not "in palette". :-(

When I figure out this materials thing I'll re-upload with the looping enabled.

No, I love your Dummy travesties. I guess I'll polish my guys up a bit and post them.

Scenes and bunkermodule materials files use a separate palette file. You'll have to extract it from another scene or bunkermodule or just paste it in.

Will you stop posting about necros?
ELEVEN of your posts are you just posting NECRO in some thread, even though you've been warned multiple times to just report it without posting.

Another Pointless and fruitless necro.

And at the same time passing the smiley limit of 3.

A report would have sufficed dragon, thanks. -Duh

@CadWaller, well i got warned for this but, please check when that thread was posted, please refrain from bumping useless threads.
it was posted in May..

A note to all, please use the report button at the bottom right to deal with necros. Posting in addition to the necro is not helping matters. -Duh

You've even posted YOURSELF that necroing isn't really an offense:

Someone needs to tell that kid to change his avatar, its not agreeing with the rules. We've seen avatar permissions taken away for more subtle pics, but that one is just ugh. and ill say it again dragon use the report button
