when I half the res and set it to x2 it looks like when a T.V goes static BUT I can still see the outline of things and faintly understand whats going on (all fuzzy though)

Now when I click x2 the border seems to expand then spontaneously deflates to the original size and stays that way (same thing everytime I press)
