It has always been the modders who kept Cortex Command fun over the years. As such, here is a little appreciation for the mods we love, as well as having fun to visualize them with a hundred times more pixels.

Great Job! My respects for you for filling in for the modders. My hat is off to you :)

You know that actually makes me think... no one had the guts to make an alien faction (i mean like a normal alien species like that put with the art of the ronin recently posted and that of the intro)

I made an alien actor once but that too was far out and more like that mod of those plant aliens (aliens who are supreame and believe that their hands and tails make better weapons than that which are buyable at freetrade, mostly because they will be shot on site if they tried to buy anything.

There's a place for those scary aliens, but who will be the one to dare and tackle the actor bounds of Cortex Command and make them aliens!?)

Also i wonder how the S'vaari look like. Im not saying they should be in the game, that is not nessary at all because they have no particular reason to even come close to the actual battlefields, that is left to the clones, robots and crazy rebellion cannon fodder (ronin), since like we all know its a pretty dangerous place right.



Ohhh that actually makes me REALY want to make a story (click objects on the picture) game set in the universe of cc. BUT no im already occupied with 2 games :/. XD maybe in 4 years?

The Red Legion Enforcer should have been much taller.

But other than that, this is the best idea someone could ever have to honor the modders.

Pfff, screw those guys! :P What about a DarkStorm Tengu/Oni/Yuurei?

Looking good so far.

I'd put down a vote for a Guardsman/Space Marine, but I do enough shameless promotion of the mod elsewhere as it is. :roll:

Great drawings, can't see anything wrong except maybe the afore mentioned red legion being a tad short.
