Post Gold Tax?
So I'm not entirely sure how this work, but it seems like that during every turn in campaign mode all players lose 200 gold. Is that something I can toggle on/off and is it something that is triggered by something? Or is it always there every turn.

it is the fee for storing brains at trade star midas, it will stop once all your brains are deployed to bases or dead, I don't know if there is a way to turn it off.
