 D:, I cannot install Persh's bigass map

Post D:, I cannot install Persh's bigass map
I tried extracting it to Base.rte, Cortex Command folder, and overwriting the all the actors.ini Materials.ini, and Scenes.ini, but it still will not work. Anyone who has gotten it to work, what am I doing wrong? :(
