the new password rule is annoying though, couldnt you have made it a symbol rather than caps?

I have a odd feeling most of you do not understand what the mixed case means, passwords like

Password
passWord
PaSSword

all work, as long as they got at least 1 lowercase and 1 uppercase letter. and are 6 or more letters

no, i know, and it works well enough, i'd just prefer to use symbols rather than capitals.

What about the attachments? Are they gone for good or did you have any backups with those?

Plenty of things in the forum were using the attachments (except me hehe)
and now there is a chance some mods are gone forever.

Looking at what happened, i believe when the posts were deleted. the files were also. and when we got the posts back, from the backup. the attachment files did not have a backup.

I am working on a attachment manager, something that phpbb , from a admin point of view lacks.
