That is because undead moved out of Base.rte into Undead.rte this build.

Got to missions.rte/index.ini and put this in front of skirmish activities: // Then check the index.ini in apocalypse.rte and make sure it's activities are on.

1. Go to Undead.rte, copy the zombies and skeletons folders (with graphics and a .ini) to Base.rte/Actors.
2. UndeadApoc.rte/Index.ini - Open this and look
// IncludeFile = UndeadApoc.rte/ActDoomLord.ini //BOSS MODE
// IncludeFile = UndeadApoc.rte/ActUltimate.ini //Everything + BOSS MODE
THESE lines should be same as in my post.
For me, i was always get error with UN-Commented ActUltimate.ini
Now game will work, only thing that there's would be no missions.
AHHHH A DOOM OVERLORD, RRRUUUUUNNN

Edit: Alright, I managed to get it working, but there are no activities even with the // in the mission index file.
