Well, I finally got to play this, and must say...This mod is winrar! The sprites are fantastic, sounds are nice, the content? Some of the best. I love the way they hold their swords and axes, makes it easy to block bullets, and it seems like you did that on purpose. The sniper rifles are also quite amazing, and I would love to see this mod expanded. |

I agree however I think some of them die too easily without their helmets... course thats probably intentional ![]() |

Most of that was all down to Ivan. He deserves the most credit from all this. But he seems to have vanished in my absence |

[textwall/] @cadwaller: in the cannon (storyline/universe) of W40k, the "Red space marines" are actually a chapter of the larger definition of "space marines" (blue). those red space marines are called the Blood Angels, who are the more frenzied and bloodthirsty of the emperor's elite force. The space marines (including the blood angels) are seen under the light of perfection, saying stuff like "for the glory of the emperor" and such. the blood angels hold a closely guarded secret, being their lust for blood, which draws them much too close to the Chaos space marines, those who have defected to the dark gods in exchange for unlimited power. this is hidden by forcing those who are overwhelmed into a "Death company", which is almost a suicide unit who throw themselves at the enemy to commit the most carnage while still sacrificing themselves for the emperor to prevent themselves from being turned to the dark gods too many themselveses... other factions: space wolves, light blues, whites elite space marines who value the strength of close combat above all else, hence the wolf symbol Dark angels, light brown cloaks, dark green armor more religious, lots of cool poses, smaller and much more elite Black Templars, black armor, light brown cloaks not so cool, more which huntery and grim. fast. deadly. big. quickly. the imperial guard, on the other hand, is a completely different faction fighting on the same side as the space marines. they are, in a nutshell, a modern version of WWII forces. man-spam is an effective tactic with the lasguns, and the tanks are definetly retro. they are characterised by being one of the few actually human factions (space marines are biologically and chemically modified). I've always loved W40K, this is just a masterpiece!! we have the necrons (which are fairly overpowered in Cortex Command), Space Marines, Imperial Guard, now what I would like to see is the Tau! |

Actually, there is a tau mod floating around there somewhere, try running a search. What I would like to see is the Tyranids. |

hell yes ![]() Oh, speaking of tyranids, i would love to see an xenomorph mod |

You know, a good Xenomorph mod could be pretty decent. we could use the Lua from those climbing hooks to make it scale walls and stuff. Plus, Marines, naturally... |
