If you can't figure out how to unlock those hidden items, do you deserve to use them?

Some people are too retarded to find any items, PERIOD. :P Think about them. Anyways, just poke around the folder a bit and you should find them [/hint]

You basically gave them the answer.
Gotcha!'s method is different than how numgun did it at the time.
Much different.

I, uh, stopped even vaguely wanting to download it at the point where I saw the offhand Desert Eagle.

I mean really, genetic engineered clones or not, you are NOT going to be able to dual wield a desert eagle.

The first vid was a .45 Deagle and a .357 revolver.

The second was a total ♥♥♥♥♥♥. I mean really, a scope on a pistol. It's impossible to actually aim ANY gun you're holding two off. Period. The only way you can do it semi reliably is to hold and aim one weapon, then aim the other. You cannot aim both simultaneously and HOPE to hit anything reliably.

The Deagle is a stupid gun made by stupid people. It is purchased by stupid people and used by stupid soldiers. It is chambered for a stupidly large round. It is stupid. You are too, TrouserDemon, for thinking a Deagle was good enough to be worth defending. I know your skinny little britfag arms couldn't hold two .50 caliber weapons. Especially since britfags CAN'T HAVE guns.

NOD32 picked something up when I tried to download this. Scan your stuff before you zip it up.

Probably just the fact there's CFG files in there. What exactly did it pick up?

I see no CFG files.
Just INIs, BMPS, Folders, and that single DOC file.

CFG, short for configuration. .ini are commonly used for configuration.

I have to wonder if he looked up a System Shock video on YouTube, or if he got the look and feel of the weapon right by pure luck. My only gripe with this entire pack is that the Sparq beam is either a little overpowered (if it's emulating the normal function of the gun) or the reload time is too short (if it's emulating the overload function), but the weapon's power matches its price.

No need to wonder. I guessed. Perhaps I'll shorten the range in the future, depending on what others think. It's quite a powerful toy.

There's no way a virus resides on my pc. Period. Dunno what you picked up or what kind of farce your scanner picked up, but it isn't mine. :)

So genetic engineered clones are alright with you, but wielding two desert eagles is something that would never ever ever happen?
If it makes you feel better, the offhand guns are less accurate.
If it doesn't make you feel better, then don't download this mod. Life is so simple sometimes.

Taken from the settings.ini "PixelsPerMeter = 20" (1/5 of 100), therefore the AK-47 is 135cm (27 pixels long), however taken from wikipedia it is only 87cm long, and the main actor the coalition soldier is 210 cm (42 pixels high)... So as you can see CC guns aren't scaled properly anyway seeing as how the gun is over half the size of the soldier (who is 6ft 11).

I guess they are just that big because they need all the detail. Also don't ♥♥♥♥♥ about how PPM isn't used for sprites, the fact that the soldiers are now 6ft 11 which I would say is a very realistic height (and probably optimal if you want the best and strongest clones and probably intimidating) and suggests that PPM was used for reference, but it is not certain.

You confuse me here. What's this all about? (Sure you wanted to quote me?)
And what does PPM stand for?

It's about the scaling of the ak-47 compared to reality (I don't know why) and PPM is PixelsPerMeter.

I see an INI called Aegis.ini .
What is Aegis? Can we expect it in 1.2.3?
