Okay, I tested the gun in my firing range. It does good damage for its price, the laser sight is effective, and the

shaped grenade is useful for some situations. However testing the gun against a few dummies just was not

enough. So, I planned an attack on Weegee's mission Tartarus.

Image
The first thing I did was give one of Naxete's commandos a ROL and a Stechkin pistol.
I then Stormed the base.

Image
After I killed the enemy soldiers, I made my way deeper into the base.
The body armor the commandos wear protected his chest from damage, but his leg got mangled.

Image
Shortly after I started engaging two enemy soldiers, a bullet struck some explosives
And blew his legs off, and threw him into the air.

Image
The wounded commando was able to kill another enemy soldier before he died, and thanks to him
the other commandos were able to advance into the base with almost no enemy contact.

Image
When a desert commando finally reached the brain room, I shot clip after clip of ROL fire at the dummy guardian, until I gibbed his head protection. Another commando killed the two guards and was killed in action.

Image
After I gibbed his head gear, I shot a grenade at his feet, that had undetonated explosives near them.
The blast finally killed the beast, and I was able to kill the brain and win the mission.

Thanks for a great CC playing time Non!

Rol? Oh ok. By the way, maybe you should get a way to turn laser sight on and off.

EDIT: Also maybe you could make the bullets a bit move faster and give it less ammo.

This awesome package includes:
~Realistic recoil - cred's to Abdul Alhazred (Oops, didn't ask, I'll take it away if you so please.)
~Laser sight from Action Hero Soldier -cred's to Geti for letting me use it.
~Dual weapon modes - cred's to CaveCricket, this feature will get updated, since at the moment it doesn't let the gun fall corectly
~Shaped grenade charge, perfect for destroying doors - cred's to Mehman for his tutorial
~Nearly invisible non tracers

So we can credit you for the sprite and weapon's ini.

You might also want to credit Data for CC. Also what about a Battle rifle version?

Besides sticking them all onto one gun?

It's like how people put a collation of mods together imo.

Excuse me?
He has done the .ini code and the sprite, which somehow means he has done next to nothing?
Are you saying that any mod author before B23 is unworthy of praise due to the fact that they 'did next to nothing'?

Regardless, it is a nice feeling gun.

I tested it and it is a very good weapon, however the laser lags quite a bit on my computer.

A few cool things you might add:
_realistic bullet trajectory
_explosive bullets
_smoking casings
_possibility to turn the laser off
_Rocket Propelled Rabbits?

I can give you the scripts for the first two, however for the laser it depends on the method you're using to make it.
(Actually already modified it with HE bullets, smoking casings and realistic bullet trajectories on my computer so if you want it just ask)

It's usually not much of an issue but on older machines having a constant addition of ~100-300 MOPixels can add a bit of noticeable strain.

Realistic bullet trajectories are pretty silly at the scale cortex command is at.

It lags only when I use the gun with the laser, the grenade mode doesn't lag, I had the same problem with geti's mod.

By realistic trajectories I mean that real bullets have curved trajectories, here is the version I modified for my personal use: it has realistic trajectory, smoking casings and explosive bullets(the same I use for my HE minigun):

_HE bullets
_Realistic bullet trajectories
_Smoking casings

If you don't want the HE bullets just get rid of them. You may make whatever modifications you want to it, it's your mod.

Sorry but I don't like the idea of a pistol bullet having the same range as a sniper bullet, and disappearing bullets with short lifetime are just horrible.
Also with realistic trajectories the bullets slow down, that means they will pierce armor less easily from a long distance(of course this doesn't apply to explosive bullets, that's why they are interesting), I think it improves the gameplay.
