Attachments, gibs were removed from the buy-menu; redundant group of infantry, light weapons and combat vehicles were removed also.

So buy-menu is no longer littered with unnecessary things, which definitely went a fashion benefit.
Also added a patch that allows you to play this mod, with the game version 23-24.

Why I made this "version" of the mod?
I did this in order to create a Russian forum topic dedicated to this mod.

Why I brought it here?
This "version" is easier to download and play it a bit nicer.
