It sounds good and I was going to download it, but after reading some of the posts I decided that my game really is laggy enough, and this would probably kill it. Too bad.

personally this works fairly fine for me. The game is slowed down, but not lagged, and for building purposes, slowing down the game is helpful. I really like this, although I think the whole "scrap brain" idea and sprite kind of... lack... coolness?

It's way too laggy to even handle.
And it won't let you go back to the action once pressing B.

It's pointless.

It isn't too laggy for me, and you can return to the action by pressing B, you might just have to press it a few times, or hold it down.

It works, you just might have to press it down and hold it a few times. The lag is coming from the menu, so it won't respond perfectly every single time.
