Actually, I was a fist a little disappointed at it not being a bouncy low-angle entry craft-bomb that bounces, but the greatness of it as a mine was enough to satisfy me.

And yes, it is a lot like the mines out in sandtrap.
Oh man, now I want a level with no-go zones enforced by invincible turrets and infinite mines.. :D

Can someone mod this (sorry I would but I can't quite grasp Lua yet) to act like the Team Fortress Classic nail mine. I believe since this is a 2D game to make up for the full 3D area denial make it spit out the nails faster and with a small spread to them, but for balancing purposes the nails cant go that far. (for those of you who missed out on that game it bounces up in the air spinning at a set hight, about the same as this one now for a 3-5 seconds period spiting out nails in a complete 360 degree area denial, plus the nails have a unfair range :cry: )

Make the current mine gib into a pinned aemitter emitting particle SMGs with low lifetime and high velocity.
