Should be useful for any device ever. HDFs/HDs/TDEs
You could apply the same concept to other objects like actors and crafts too of course.
I'm assuming you can read the preset name and gold cost of un-held devices with Lua, am I correct? Yes and yes.

I did a Cloning Tube instead of a Robot Maker because if you had both a robot factory and a cloning tank, the cloning tank would be more useful (in terms of material and supplies) because all you need to do for the cloning tank is put in some human DNA, a small cell sample, nutrients, and that's it. You could even take matter from other clones for cell samples/DNA/food. For a Robot manufacturing machine, you need all the parts of the robot, and can't repeat the cycle with more supplies. Unless if it's a nano-assembler... But then all you would see is a robot materialize instead of parts being assembled.
