Post Heavier Infantry Units for Dummies - Get your copy now!
Image

Your guide to the purchase of your very own V1.0 Dummy Crisis Suit: Heavy Variant!.
Image

Ideal for wielding those larger weapons such as the Repeater, Destroyer, Nailer Cannon and Annihilator, these durable Dummies can take a good amount of punishment compared to the standard issue Dummy.

However, these are not anywhere near the durability of a Behemoth Issue Crisis Suit. Thus, they are not suitable for being test targets for super-weapons of any kind nor are they outfitted with any integrated combat systems.

Also included is a Dummy Crisis Suit: Controller Variant suitable for mobile transportation of a Dummy Controller command unit. To be used in situations where a Behemoth Variant would be unusable/unsuitable (underground, bunkers, etc.).

CREDITS:
LowestFormOfWit - Spriting, coding, pretty much everything.

8-26-09: V1.00 Release : Initial Build

KNOWN ISSUES:
-None...
...yet!

TO DO LIST:
-Custom Weapon(s) tailored for the Heavy Dummy suit.
-Gibs
-Anything else I approve of that gets suggested here.

A new book? Awesome! How much does this one cost?

Anyway the new dummy looks great, more feedback in a sec.

Edit: I love it, all the animating parts and whatnot make it look really awesome. You're also the 1st person to use the standpaths for something that isn't nonstop walking.

It kind of gets hindered when walking in bunker modules. And the big giant 'wheels' on the feet gives it the 'high mobility' feel, instead of being heavy. Like it has giant jets on its feet, or it can ski around.

But whatever. Who am I to complain, this still looks good. I like it.

I may change the circular armor plate on the ankle. I just thought a rotating thingy there would look neat.

I'd be happy to see a change on the ankle. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the book joke a lot.

Oh yea, will this mod come with the Dummy factory?

Do you mean will the factory build these? No.
It'll build little cheapo dummies.

Factory status is really dependent on Kyred's availability with the new school term starting. It'll come out eventually.

♥♥♥♥ yeah! :D
Good sire, you are awesome.

My only complaint is that the circle thngs on the feet are too damn big. Maybe if you decreased them alittle bit (1px from bottom and right) it would fit more.
Anyways, I think i'll shove this guy into my Dummies.rte.

PS. This should be official content.

Once again, you transformed simple dummys in pure awesomeness. YGMDL.

Also, don't take the circles of its feet: they remember me of those rocketboots from old Megaman stuff. Just give it hovering power and it'll be perfect.

The way the radials on the feet are positioned, they look like giant wheels for high-speed ground travel. Maybe change the outer color of them to a darker color of rubber, bind a key to make it , and you'd have a quick way to get around in bunkers. would make it easier for a heavy ground-pounder to move around. Also, I think that some extra head protection, or a stronger head, would be nice: maybe a helmet, or face-mask.

Definitely do a face mask with vents. As for weapons, give 'em either a minigun or a plasma rifle.

I'll probably do away with the ankle wheels. They seem to be the big flaw in this mod, which is good, because they can easily be replaced with something else.
I don't like the idea of a mask persay, but I could make the current head an attachable that covers the head, much like the Behemoth, just on a smaller scale. (I take it a lot of you are losing them to headshots). Doing this will probably up the cost though.

As for weapons I have at least one unique one in the works, a laser blaster with a short charge-up.
