Duel wieldable, one shot rocket propelled chainsaw launchers.
Found under shields.
Fun to use in RPC duels, as the chainsaws can hit each other in mid-air, be deflected with riot shields, and sent back at the firer with the repeller gun.

Halo Units

This is just a resprite, with a bit of a different code, of the AAL Pilot.
Note: I give credit to Numgun for the original code and sprites.
Update All units come with guns. Cheif - Black Ops unit arrived. Icon changed to favor Halo Reach.

He is a Scottish lad. He's extremely tough; I've seen him live a dreadnought's machine gun to the face for over ten seconds straight.

I used Lua to greatly reduce the amount of damage he takes. There's a variable in the Lua (located in Ciaran.rte/Lua/Ciaran.lua) called self.Defense that you can change for greater power. It divides the amount of damage the actor receives by that variable. Currently it's set to ten. Above that it's just kind of ridiculous. If you know which lines to uncomment, you can play around with regeneration and infinite grenades too.

dragonxp for the head, though I completely redid the hair, tweaked it a bit, and made his eyes blue.

Whoppie! First Mostly original gun!

Based off the WWII Thompson SMG, but kind of modified.

I designed it for close-quarters combat, but It can do some midrange.
Some .ini values stolen form the M1014, but I don't think that really counts.

Thanks to FPSBanana for the sounds, and CrazyMLC for the basic-three-color-not-in-palette sprite.

Still WIP, no clip, to long of a reach for the support offset, various other things...

PLEASE PM me if you have any criticism.
(Also, this was tested on the Brutal mod, which although fantastic, is quite different. I'd appreciate if someone could pm me with some balance suggestions.)

Okay here's a mod that I may actually put into the mod releases, but as of now, I don't believe it is worthy. There are a few guns in here, plus a (rather badly sprited) fat cat. There is more to come, whether this goes into the releases or not. If anyone's wondering what happened to that metroid mod I was working on, it got killed with my last OS :-(

This isn't my first mod, but it is the first that I am going to share.
It's my attempt at making a good homing missile launcher, since the vanilla one isn't that great. I pieced it together using vanilla material, and "borrowing" a few snippets of code from various places. It comes with more info, and instructions in the "read-me" file.
If you have any criticism on the mod please PM me your ideas/concerns.

This was a ridiculously easy mod so I can't say if it's been done before; but, I couldn't find anything in my searching.

In my opinion, shells and casings should NOT destroy concrete or terrain. I have lost games because casings from my turrets dug a hole through concrete to my brain, and the CPU was able to shoot through the hole at it.

This fixes that problem by setting the sharpness of casings and shells to 0.

You need to replace the following file: Base.rte/Ammo.ini
with the attached.

This isn't a re-sprite or anything, but here is a screen shot in case you are wondering what a pile of casings looks like:

It's a troop with destroyable helmet, mask, and glasses so you can see it's eyes of you blow off his glasses or see his mouth by blow off his mask.

Steyr AUG, my favorite gun next to the SPAS-12.

Had a lot of fun getting the offsets right. Since it's a bullpup, the grips are waaay up front (compared to, say, the Coalition Assault Rifle).

Edit: Re-colored the gibs, adjusted the clip placement, and double-checked joint offset. Yes, that is as far forward as the gun goes before the hands can't "reach" the grips.
