Well that fixed my other problem, and I can click random skirmish without it crashing now, but... On on the window where it says "choose from these other mods" there isn't anything there, and I certainly have other mods for choosing.

GitHub repo created at https://github.com/SneakyMax/Cortex-Command-Mod-Manager (the 3.0 version beta I'm working on, not 2.1)

Well I haven't even started on the Activities tab yet. It as well is going to get a complete overhaul (and work for b24, of course).

Please make the Disabled mods folder something like zzzzDisabled_Mods so it can be found easier.

Hi, I'm kinda new on this forum and I have a trouble - in Skirmish Waves section, when I'm done with creating them I just run the game by ModManager but in game while playing I dont see those new monsters  is there something else to do except running game by ModManager?

Huh...
The Skirmish Editor doesn't work with B24, but most of the time I can't even make a new activity.
If you are actually able to create a new activity, just find New Skirmish Defense/Custom Skirmish Defense near the bottom of the list of scenario.

Or, you can try random activity generation. That's the only thing that works on my skirmish editor for now, but not for long :D

Currently this topic is what is holding me up for the new version. If you know an answer, that would speed things up considerably.

It appears that all of the mirrors for the mod manager are down. Could someone post a current mirror of version 2.1?

Post Re: Cortex Command Mod Manager / Activities Manager [2.1]
Hey there, haven't played this game for years and much has changed, my last login was in 2007, and I've completely forgotten how to do some things. I've looked all over and found instructions on how to install a mod in a basic fashion, however if I try that method coupled with this mod manager, i get a nasty crash during initial game load. I can't seem to find instructions on how to install mods for use with this mod manager, and there's no read-me. Any advice? I tried extracting the rar of 'HuegPackOMods' into a folder to which I added an .rte extension, it then shows up in the mod manager, but when enabled I receive said crash.]

Cheers

When you extract a zip or a rar, you should get a folder with another folder that has an .rte extension inside it. You need to remove it from there and put it in your CC directory.

This mod manager is not designed to install mods, like the mac mod manager, it it designed to enable and disable them after you have installed them yourself.

Sorry I should have followed this up, I did actually figure it out, there must have been something up with the way it was extracted that affected the index file or something. I re-downloaded and re-extracted and now it works fine :)
