Awesome, I'm really grateful for your work on making this thing.

I probably should have been more clear. The release is because you can now enable and disable mods, but you can't install or uninstall them with this app yet.

You couldn't with any of the older versions, either.

EDIT: Darn, I also forgot that the "Enable All" and "Disable All" buttons don't work yet... I have some work to do tomorrow I suppose.

Yus! This will help me test my own RTE on a simulated clean install while still keeping files for playing around. :D Now I just have to get DSTech back in to my folder...
EDIT: says there's a folder missing from Resources. :\ nevermind. Added the folder. It works now.

Hmm, it's supposed to add that folder on its own. I guess that broke somehow when I moved the code over to Cocoa. I'll work on it.

Version 1.01 is now uploaded. Check the OP for a download link. The source is also updated. (It's updated as soon as I make a change.)

Code:
MCCMM VERSION 1.01

CHANGELOG

* Updated Enable All and Disable All buttons to work
* Fixed a potential problem with the way the settings file is stored
* Fixed a problem with the "Disabled_Mods" folder not being created
* Other minor things

KNOWN ISSUES

* Code is unacceptably sloppy

I hope to implement the Sparkle framework so I can put out automatic updates without you guys needing to come back here and download the new version.

It opens and closes in the space of a second for me. I'm running Mac OS X 10.4.11 Tiger.

EDIT: Wait, I didn't install Python. I'll try that and get back to you.

Version 1.01s and 1.02 is out now. 1.01s is simply 1.01 with automatic update functionality. To obtain 1.02, you must download 1.01s and go to "CC Mod Manager -> Check for Updates..." I'm doing this because I want you to test the auto-update for me.

Now that I have this implemented, you don't have to come back here to download new versions! Sparkle will let you know which version you are updating to and will even give you the release notes.

Have fun :grin:

If you really want to get 1.02 directly, click here. But please go with Sparkle and let me know if it works.

Sweeeeeeeet
Sparkle is a terrific addition (though I'll probably see updates in this thread more often than I run CC).

Edit:
Remembering the menu configuration would be nice, however you do that. That is to say, the button on the window return to default settings on a quit. I like to keep buttons minimal, so it's slightly irritating that it does this. Look at me complain, you made a cool thing and all I do is ask for more. Thanks for your time!

Hmm, I've actually never thought of that. I'll see what I can do about the toolbar buttons.

I've fixed the window remembering its position... Maybe it's a similar fix for the toolbar.

The window is not remembering its position for me, in 1.02.
Which is ok with me, as I just use TwoUp to move windows anyway.

Yeah, I actually added that to 1.02 after you probably updated. Try going back to 1.01s and let it auto-update again.

Also, I fixed the toolbar thing. It was easy as clicking a check box in Interface Builder... :lol: i'll put it in 1.03 when I fix one more thing.

That reminds me, you posted the source xcode project; I think I should get back into using "real" programming.
Heh, it took 5 seconds to find the check box in the nib, awesome. Thanks for the source, I think I'll build with that for as long as you keep updating it.
