Hmm... Yes.
You need shading if this hasn't been adressed. I can give you a demonstration at a later date. What you do have correct, though, are the border colors. They blend together really well. Other than that, you don't seem to need to fix anything yet.

One of my main influence, shading wise, was borderlands. Also I like the Cel-Shaded art style. Borderlands uses basic shading for the weapons and that is it. I try to do that, but it is harder to do on a small scale. What needs the shading the most.

The least I can think of is adding a brighter shade of color to the actors. If that doesn't make sense, look.

The first doesn't, compare and contrast them.

im sorry but it is very apparent that there is quite a lot of shading detail there.
cel shading is not just flat colors.

If you look, I never said I wasn't going to shade. I have other, more important things, to do with the pack. Most of these are unfinished textures. Also, I never said they were flat textures and it is hard to do any shadows because there is no direct light source. I am trying to make sure everything is balanced because it doesn't matter if a gun looks increadible but is over/underpowered.

i would actually assume that most people, (based on personal experience) are more likely to download a mod with nice visuals than not, regardless of balance

I added the mod to the Steam Workshop and I am working on the shading. I am also working on an issue where it will crash if you select RDI as your team, I am working to fix this, but it will not crash if you select ALL as your Tech.

I added an explosive throwing knife and I fixed a few textures. I also Rebalanced the Nuke and made it a Large Bomb.

The mod has been updated.
Changelog:
Added a Semi Automatic Carbine
Started work on UL2 and VW Support
Changed the Drop Crate to a Drop Pod
Added a Small 1 Man Dropship.
Added Grapple Gun
removed the mk1 mech
removed the protective cage
