For Wow-kids, your friendly neighborhood IRCers play on either Coilfang or Gul'Dan.
Just FYI.

Does anyone here by a change, played or plays Urban Dead? Altough it's another one of those "text-based" MMO's, it's "fun" if that's the word... It has zombies. http://www.urbandead.com/index.html

Re: MMO Discussion Thread (Never gonna find one -.-)
I'm playing Urban Dead again, as the good ol' zombiefied corpse... It's fun to bite your victims. I remember when i was a noob at that game... I wondered what would happen if i pressed the "Jump Out of Window" button in "tall buildings"... I found out the hard way and turned into a zombie...

Maybe we should try drift city
It's a racing game, and it looks kinda arcade-ish. I've personally never played it before, so I'm not entirely sure it qualifies as an MMO, but it looks that way.
just throwing ideas out there.

dead frontier is great and fun and free. basic idea is you pick your job before the outbreak. then kill zombies(top down shoot em up style) loot stores and bodies for more zombie killing fun. (it also has a wonderful player based free market system) Link: http://www.deadfrontier.com/

Re: MMO Discussion Thread (Never gonna find one -.-)
I used to play Dead Frontier... When i still had my laptop. I cant play it on this computer because of the graphics card keeps slowing down and stuff. Altough i did like the market system. Trade with players or go to the city loot stuff.

Re: MMO Discussion Thread (Never gonna find one -.-)
Current players in F2P MMOs list your games, please.
Is UO still active with Daman?
Atlantica still active with Venn?
EDIT : I still have VCO but have not played since a little while after Datarealms collapsed and Seleia and I left for Voyage Elite, not sure what the ♥♥♥♥ is going on but I updated it recently for shits and giggles.
I have Runes of Magic working for International servers because the idiots on the BL forums were going to play but they all quit the day before I started or something.
I still have Dungeon Runners and they expanded what non-members can do a while back.
I still have all the stuff for UO.

Level 12 Little Girl Mage in Runes of Magic. This seems like an okay game, leveling is pretty quick.

Last time I checked all the free mmos were filled with sex appeal and sexy female charecters on the homepages.
mmos have nothing on the final fantasy series and some emulators.
