I used to know pretty much HTML, CSS and some PHP, but I haven't been in doing with these for many years now, so I have pretty much forgotten everything.

Yeah. It's not that simple, I can tell too. Unless you have good experience with web desing, I could say that you aren't gonna complete so much. Forums aren't easy to install. I have tried on my experienced years, and it was hard.

It's extremely simple if you at least know how to use ftp/host has a built in ftp client. This would be a lot longer if it wasn't so simple.
