Here are the parts. I know I went through this with a few #LD people, but I really really need to be 10000% sure that everything is right. Are there any pieces I'm missing/incompatibilities with parts? NOTE: I already own the GFX card, so don't list that as a missing part. |

Unless he's planning on overclocking it, the stock cooler should be fine. |

Stock coolers have been sufficient for years now. As for the GFX card. Well, just go out and buy something in the 150$ mark. |

Well I have roughly 150 dollars, then the 250 from the card is 400 dollars. My Dad agreed to pay the rest. EDIT: Ooh, July 4th sale. I'm gonna buy this monitor instead. Just to make sure, there's no way this monitor could be incompatible with my current set up right? |

nope, your monitor and graphics card both use DVI so you're golden |
