In this thread, I wanna talk about the past and the internet. Things have changed a lot since I was a kid, and it's fun to remember the good old days. Share you own childhood/young adulthood memories of the internet.

The Halo Zero forums were probably the first I ever saw. Being 8-9 years old at the time, I proceeded to makes thousands of moronic posts. The forum eventually got renamed, the core userbase vanished, and I left it. Still, overall a good time.

MFGG (Mario Fan Games Galaxy) was the next major forum I went to, and continued to spread my jackassery like some sort of Johnny Retardseed. Got integrally involved in a fangame project, then ragequit and killed it. Oh past me, u so craycray.

Homestarrunner was the best when I was a kid. I've seen every video on that site, and still get a little sad when I go there and see nothing new. It was truly a simpler time.

Anyone else have any fond internet memories they'd care to share?

Oh man but I remember Homestar Runner. That was the best stuff. Weebl's Stuff too.

first forum I joined was Triblox (it's the home another Halo fangame, one that I generally consider superior to the ♥♥♥♥ that was Halo: ZERO)
I still frequent there and I have rather shameful post history, full of retardation.
that was only 2-3 years ago so it's not really true nostalgia.

Runescape, GunZ (before they became part of ijji), Tibia, Travian and it's latin forum, which was my first forum that I visit ocasionally just to see how much it has changed, and then here.
