Nope, I meant what I said. Your use of quotations marks appears to be implying that you are more intelligent and better cultured than the rest of the people in the thread. That would be the definition of pretentious, and it's completely in line with the rest of what I said about your posts. Regardless of your intention in using the quotation marks, that's precisely what I feel it's coming off as (note that I said it makes you look pretentious, and not that it necessarily is pretentious).

And yes, you were trash talking. And I was making fun of it, because I think it's ridiculous.

I'd say my favourite indie developers are probably Team Meat and The Behemoth (Alien Hominid, Castle Crashers). I'm also fond of Arrowhead Studios (Magicka and Showdown Effect), much as their games tend to be pretty unpolished.

The sarcastic misuse of quotation marks can be misleading, since it has had mixed results mostly; I'll have to refine the art. By the way that was "sarcasm".

You got a problem with trashtalking bro? We'll ♥♥♥♥ throw down if it's gonna be like that. Pump up the Prodigy, I'm bout to go all gabber on this omega.

I can't really hate The Behemoth, as I grew up on Newgrounds.. I might play Magicka games, I hear they're good.

Magicka is a lot of fun with friends -- not in the way that a boring game becomes fun just because you happen to have friends there, but because it's actually designed to be played with other people.

The Showdown Effect is also a decent game, but it has a tragically small player base. It's kind of like Soldat meets Smash Brothers, featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger. There isn't a huge amount of content, so I guess t just didn't hold people's interests. What's there is pretty entertaining, though.

Magicka is great fun, with anyone, even people you don't like.
Heck, especially with people you don't like.
Explosive spells and friendly fire always on makes for great "accidents".
I played with my brothers and we killed each other at least once every few minutes. Good times.
