Post subject:  Mods not loading
One or more of my mods are not loading, even though they are in my CC folder!

How many mod folders do you have in your CC folder? As of Build 22, plain Cortex Command has 7 folders in it:
    Promgrounds.rte
    Base.rte
    Coalition.rte
    Missions.rte
    Ronin.rte
    Tutorial.rte
    Dummy.rte

These are required for almost any mod in existance. If you are missing one, you must reinstall the game. Back up your mods and reinstall.

If you have more than 15 mods, or several large mods:
Try removing any extra mods. The more mods installed, the more likely a crash or error will occur.

If you have checked for the basic folders and removed any extra modifications, you might be the victim of a random error. Try attempt to resolve this:
    1. Create a new folder (Mod1.rte),
    2. Go in the folder for the mod that is missing,
    3. Copy all of the contents from the old folder to the new one (Mod1.rte)
    4. Delete the old folder and all of its contents.
    5. Rename the new folder (Mod1.rte) to the old desired name.

We don't have Promgrounds as of b23 yano
