B23 (Windows) : Complete Crash on Startup

Post subject:  B23 (Windows) : Complete Crash on Startup
I'm using the new B23 version for Windows.
EDIT: Also, no mods installed yet.
So I just checked out the blog and saw the new version and downloaded it.
If I try to start the game it immedeately crashes (before you can even see a loading screen) and tells me the game's configuration is bugged.
It tells me to reinstall the game, but it still doesn't work. :roll:

I appreciate any help. :-(

I had the exact same problem. Download the most recent .NET framework (3.5 SP 1 I think) and install it. That should fix it.
