 Build 23 doesn't launch on 64-bit Windows 7

Post Build 23 doesn't launch on 64-bit Windows 7
When I start up build 23, nothing happens. At all.

I've tried compatibility mode for nearly all systems, I've run in every mod available, I've run as administrator. Nothing comes up, however, I did notice (after trying to start four times) four processes labeled "Windows Error Reporter".

Any suggestions? :-(

there's something wrong with your system because it works for me on W7x64 RC1
