 Need help with error, happens all the time

Post Need help with error, happens all the time
Cortex command now never installs everything and I've deleted all the folders before and downloaded again... no help. Anyone know why it does this. And yes it's an official copy.


Abortion in file .\System\Reader.cpp, line 542, because:
Wrong type in Reader when passed to Serializable::Create() in Base.rte/Settings.ini

The last frame has been dumped to 'abortscreen.bmp'
