Whats the first thing you're gonna try to do with lua in B23?

For me, I'm going to try to make indirect fire artillery that is fired from units in game.

I'm gonna make a craft that is buyable as a soldier, in large amounts. Then I'm gonna use LT's dropship code and attach turrets.

I have already programed what I want to do(besides instance names don't know them yet :-P ) invisibility of sprites and AI Sight when ducking (and if I can heath counter) , well unless you fire your weapon that is :P

As far as I know, those are both pretty much impossible unless you've found some technique I don't know of.

I want to make function injectors(It should be possible to override another actor's functions in lua.).

Zombie virus.

Like for real - replace Destroy function with one that spawns a zombie.

good luck with detecting if he was shot in the head or not to determine whether to respawn or not

Who gives, it would be cool any way.
I hardly know any lua, and I just want the one thing that's been mentioned already, working cloak/invisibility.

Dynamically fiddle with the AI.

Done.

Invisible sprite would use glitch/be blue.

Also, using the above AI idea, by checking the keys(assume S is duck, and mouse is shoot), you can make stealth .

Sprite cloaking may work using the empty out of palete glitch that I heard of, spawned in via lua.

Or you could clone the actor, keeping health values to a similar actor, if you are willing to pre-equpit it and force it to only one actor.

I want to make a grenade that releases two balls of energy that revolve around each other faster and faster, and getting closer and closer, until they collide releasing a huge blast of energy that would normally be found in a hadron collider. Think of it as a hadron grenade or something.

Attempt to make a shotgun using different round types. Like really obscure ones. Like that one that shoots out fire.

You mean dragon's breath rounds? That would be fun to make. Any more than two shots, and the barrel melts and warps. You get about ten seconds of fire blasting out that can get up to 50 feet. Even more sometimes. Yeah, that would be epic.
