You want the golem to be Behemoth sized? Mmm, I'm interested. I have a few spites for a PW army that never panned out, wanna see them? They're a sort of crystal thing, and probably definately not in palette, but it might work for a crystal golem.

I'm all about the 4 element thing, but you're going to require a LOT (read A HUGE TON) of sprite-work into this unless you want it to look shitty. Specifically you'll need a lot of animation, and someone who can sprite clouds/puffballs/water-like effects/air/fire, which are all very difficult things to animate basically by themselves.
