Most definetly, although it might need some tweaks but we will get to that when we need to.

Ball Bombs
Beams - sounds and fine tuning

anyone else think of more?

Scenes/missions? -- none so far but there is a jungle terrain if anyone is interested in doing it?

Yeah, fix the charge beam into ball crash, (or did you already?) its a game stopper. -- I think its fixed?

Also, more of the metroid types if your up for it. -- what do you suggest?

The ones from metroid 2 maybe- they could be stronger because of the armor and a queen as a boss that summons metroids.

Sure. Those metroids were one of the first things i coded in lua and it took me forever, I must say I've learnt a lot since then.

Who's doing what?

I'll finish the beams and do the power ups, who wants to do samus? (that reads wrong.)

I think the suits should be:
Normal suit - yeah.
Phazon suit - Active cammo.
Fusion suit - Resistant to metroids.
Light suit - Faster movement.
Dark suit - Much stronger

Edit: you will be able to use all suits at once with an overhead hud to show what suits you are wearing.

and normal samus with out suit, blue suit thing.
Normal samus can be something like a resprited ronin and the suits are all resprites see picture below I think Coops did?

Fusion suit can just use those colors when respriting.

Also the cannon I'll make it into one which you buy upgrades for the different weapons, Z and C to change weapons or X to toggle mouse scroll wheel (next/prev weap) to change weapons?

Also make it so you cant loose them without manually dropping them. ( so can't be destroyed ect...)
