im making a scene for jox = 3 and made the map but wont load the datamodule. if some one would fix it and PM me on how to avoid this problem again here is the map.

In the DM it says
Code:
DataModule
   IncludeFile = Onlytower.rte/Scenes.ini

Yet the name of the folder is

Code:
Big Tower.rte

So it should say

Code:
DataModule
   IncludeFile = Big Tower.rte/Scenes.ini

i knew it was some silly mistake. thanks. well that fixes most of the problem, but also it says 11111111111aaaaaaaaa just so it loads it first. (helps me find the problems without having to wait

You realize that it doesn't matter whether it loads first or not; all .rte folders are independent of each other?

i just don't want to wait for it to go through all the mods i have to get to that particular mod. doing that makes it the 2nd mod type thing to load. besides why are you to question my ways of doing things. you carry on doing your stuff while i do my stuff.

I bet it now says
Code:
DataModule
   IncludeFile = Big Tower.rte/Scenes.ini

Whenever you change the name of the folder you must change all the names of the .ini's

it should say:
Code:
DataModule
   IncludeFile = 11111111111aaaaaaaaaBig Tower.rte/Scenes.ini


but you should change the name to
1_A Big Tower.rte
BUT THEN change the .ini as well.

you just added the bg and sky twice, and everything was named wrong.

Whitty i PMed the wrong pic and accidentally deleted it so i have to make another one. so il have the correct map scene in about an hour or so... so hang on...
the scene you have is kap3 not the mpa i made. but you can still use i guess.

Everyone help, it wont load the map, i have everything it "loads" but no map just some weird map... il include the scene if you fix it PM me.

      BitmapFile = ContentFile
         Path = Base.rte/Scenes/HorizLand.bmp
      WrapX = 1
      WrapY = 0
      ScrollRatio = Vector
         X = 1.0
         Y = -1.0


But the name of the folder is Big Tower SO IT SHOULD SAY

Code:
   Terrain = SLTerrain
      InstanceName = Tower Terrain
      BitmapFile = ContentFile
         Path = Big Tower.rte/tower.bmp
      WrapX = 1
      WrapY = 0
      ScrollRatio = Vector
         X = 1.0
         Y = -1.0
