It does cost $18, but I can assure you, it is WELL worth it(in Demo version: only 150 bricks, no online play.)

Oh, and I have tried ROBLOX, and it sucks.

That's one hardcore rip-off of minecraft, or the other way around. anyways, minecraft is free, and much better.

Blockland came first, and really the two are different games. Blockland focuses on construction only, and has scriptable blocks and whatnot. Minecraft is intended to be more infiniminer/Dwarf Fortress like and does not have scripting (yet).

Island, with Afkpuz and some other goons, my contribution was the top castle thing, the Inn de Annoyanc (the blue-roofed building) and SPIRAL COLUMNS (which became a fad for a month it was terrifying)
