"And that, my friends, is creepy. Possibly too creepy."

This. Regular mobs tend to creep me out, so this is way too much.

So much hax.
Or is that the mod that makes mineral deposits more rare but way bigger?

Not sure if real.

Why must Painterly metal/diamond blocks be so damn fugly?

They look bad because they tile poorly. This is because nobody is supposed to build things out of iron legitly.
A 1x1 room made of iron blocks using the least amount of blocks possible costs 63 iron.
Iron is not a building block.

It's quite real. I messed up with Phoenix Terrain Mod and made the superveins that I intended to be rare, rather common. As in, there is more ore below level 30 than there is stone.

No, pretty sure they're just fugly.

There's like 30 different styles. One of them should look better than awful.

I call it Castle Wolfencraft.
Not as good as the one a certain Duh posted, but it's a pretty nice edition to a small server.

So, Minecraft 1.8.
If anyone is interested, I'm hosting a small server over Hamachi (at sporadic times of day). Jump on IRC or PM me for the Hamachi network if you aren't already on one I'm on.
I'm Leviathan on Hamachi.

I built a small cottage right outside the walls of the settlement and dicked around with Endermen. It was fun.

In my single player world I made a cool little intertwining stone town in a ravine that I happened to spawn right next to. I am honestly quite proud of my little creation.
