Post Binding of Isaac
Cry on enemies, stab yourself with a coathanger, kill your own mother.

It's from one of the guys who worked on Super Meat Boy and the somewhat immature humour from his previous works is definitely back, this is not a game for the easily offended as it contains cartoon mutilation, toilet humour and some things that are honestly just plain weird.
Still, it's a very addicting game and incredibly cheap.

It's what I can really only describe as an "Arcade Roguelike", you move with wasd, shoot with the arrow keys and wander around a 2D maze built from randomly placed rooms, collecting randomly assigned powerup items. Every time you play the game will be very different, which is fortunate because if you die you are kicked right back to the beginning (barring having certain powerups).
It's only £3.59 so I'd recommend you buy it right now.

Anyone else played it? Any thoughts?
Favourite item? Least favourite enemy?

Favourite item: Technology. Got it as the female. Kicked ass, especially when fighting Larry Jr. I also like the Devil room, and doubling up The Pact with one of the minions.
Least favourite enemy: Either those skull stalks, or the stone enemies with the exposed brain on the back. I hate it when I can't kill an enemy fast.
The fly-vomitters are also terrible, especially when you have low power weapons.

I love this game. Sound track is by Danny B, who also did part of the CC soundtrack, as well as the Super Meat Boy sound track. I like the golden tears in combination with blood tears, and my least favorite enemy is the skull stalk. Favorite enemy is Greed ololololo

Have to say that skull stalk would have been one of my answers too
Also those sacks of rotten meat or whatever they are with a bone sticking out the top, they aren't even hard but they still always hurt me and it annoys me because they are easy enemies and shouldn't be able to hurt me

Those meat sacks are also irritating, because you need to bend your shots.

Chocolate Milk isn't my favourite pick-up, but it is very useful. I wonder if it works with Technology.
