Post Starbound (aka terraria2)
Hallo, just wanted to point out a game currently in development, called starbound, created from part of the terraria team.
Very ambitious and with great ideas!

This game looks promising, and I think we can share our passion for CC with them.

We should go make them know CC too!

No, it's done. Maybe not as finished as some people would like, but done.

THIS looks like a goddamn sequel.
Also a few of the space shippy bits reminded me of Deus Ex (mechas, white bio-mech labby bits)

Augmentations. FUND IT.
Yes, I would love to see my Terraria guy tricked out with bio-nanomechanical upgrades all over.

Unfortunately terraria has been discontinued, but from it's death, starbound has born

Although Sothe was making a pretty ♥♥♥♥ remark, he was right, does look a lot like the new kid is just promoting his stuff.

I wasn't trying to be mean. I just run into that a lot. Sorry if I was a little blunt.

32 years old kid. Lol wish i was stil a kid! I have no forums. I am subscribed only to this forum and starbound official forum (and elemental war of magic forum) I have no connection to any other site whatsoever. The last link is a link I provided from googling, as I don't want to make statements without proofs. Unlike some other people. Please be careful with judgements and be polite with newcomers if you want your community to grow (to help cortex command developers at least). This means not to be a flame, I am not interested in discussions, I just wanted to make myself clear.

Okay, so that's that. Let's continue on the topic at hand.
So is it going to be pretty much like Terraria, but with more adventuring elements? Atleast that's what I gathered.

It will be like Terraria, but with randomly generated everything. Weapons, enemies, quests, planets, etc. You find new maps that you can travel to with your personal ship by entering coordinates, and then a planet is generated there. Those coordinates are then permanently locked to that planet, and you can share interesting planets with other players by telling them the coordinates.
