Yes, Pokemon is still a thing. If you think you're too good for Pokemon, you're not.

Q: I've been living under a rock for over a decade. What is Pokemon?

A: Pokemon was and is the RPG that made Nintendo handhelds the reason to have a Nintendo handheld. Pokemon, or Pocket Monsters if you insist on being a weirdo, tells the classic story of wandering into the wilderness at the tender age of 10 without any adult supervision to fight bizarre animals that spit fire, punch holes in steel plating, or even distort the fabric of time and space itself.

You begin each game with your choice of starter pokemon. Choosing a fire, water, or grass type pokemon, your rival will be a complete ♥♥♥hole and pick the one that's strong against yours. And thus, your journey begins.

Also I'm tired of talking about what Pokemon is. If you don't know, you really have been under a rock for over a decade.

Q: Pokemon is for babies.

A: Guess again, ♥♥♥♥. Pokemon remains a highly intricate and competitive game. With over 700 pokemon currently in existence, you can expect to get your ass handed to you with a move list of over 600 ways to attack, defend, change battle conditions, buff or nerf stats, and many more. Pokemon is so complex, you can find entire websites dedicated just to battle strategy.

Q: Ok so maybe it's more complex than it looks. Why should I care about the new games though?

A: A new pokemon type, rebalanced game mechanics, ranked online battles, mega evolutions, and many other new features provide the best Pokemon experience yet. Forcing wild animals to fight for your amusement has never been so fun.

My girlfriend is bugging me to get her some food so I'll finish typing this later. Add friend codes.

EDIT: My friend code: 2294-4372-6609

You literally payed zero attention to the demographics of the forum when you typed this out, didn't you?

Bitter pseudo-intellectual elitist manchildren need not apply to this thread.

Also it's *paid. - D

While I enjoyed Y quite a bit, it never managed to hook me in the same way that Sapphire/Emerald did.

Male Braixen is best tranny fox.

I'm looking for high IV Talonflames. If you want to breed those for me, I dunno I probably have some shinies and stuff lying around.

I am so jealous of you guys. I've strongly been considering getting a 2DS just for Pokemon but I ain't got the rupees. I heard the post-game content is a little bit lacking in this generation but with all the new features facilitating competitive play I'm sure that makes up for it.

I'm getting this and the new phoenix wright along with another thing or two if I ever manage to get a 3ds. Things are ♥♥♥♥' 'spensive.
I forget whether X or Y is considered better.

I'll take a look into it (don't have anything from the bird egg group but I could damn well start).

I also have extreme speed dratinis

I freely admit to being a hacking scummer.

Shiny 6IV Articuno is worth it.

Lol if that's the case, could I have a 6iv ditto for awesome breeding?

Edit: Although, I am a little confused why you don't just create a high IV Talonflame with Gale Wings
