I'm not that impressed.
Zalo is right about it being a statue, and
it also is kind of useless. It gets taken down by default weapons faster than it can blow up anything.

I agree fully, it's pretty much useless, but very cool.

Huh. It lasted pretty long when I was testing it. Also, it was originally planned to have the arms and stuff animated, but I never got around to do, due to being annoying that another aspect couldn't be made yet.

I'll most likely post an updated version with all of your guys' constructive criticism in mind.

Don't dramatically change the mod just because a bunch of whiners want a power mod that has no balance.
It works perfectly.

Needs to be a bit smaller, and I think sprite is ugly, no dl from me, sorry lordtim

This thing isn't sposed to be small. How the heck is the sprite ugly? Tim's sweat and blood went into this.

Well, there's your answer then.
Sweat and Blood do not make good sprites.

Also: Stop being a smartass. You know what I meant.

What I meant was that, no matter how much work he put into the sprites they still aren't very good.

I can spend two hours drawing a bad sprite quite easily.

Since when did spriting ability have anything to do with criticizing people?

I'm guessing "Practice what you teach". Well, this thing is kind of hard to move. And a bit different than what I expected. I expected it to have crabs on it's back, maybe as an attachable armor? I also expected it to be more of a rapid-fire flak cannon, to take out dropships and such.

That doesn't make any sense in this context.
Surely film critics aren't hired for being good scriptwriters, and cooks aren't hired for being good chefs?

The fact that I could not make a good sprite is irrelevant, I can still criticise his (which I do not think is a good sprite anyway).

After downloading and playing around with is for a few minutes, I too will complain rather than compliment. Its a bit weak, as a dummie with a pistol pretty much teared it up. Its firepower is too little, and after compairing the sprite with the concept art, I noticed it lacks proporsion.

For example, in the concept the neck is half the size of the head. Next time you want to use a concept to make a mod, import in into a real drawning program, and make a layer for each bodypart, then make paintovers on each layer.

I must addmit, though, that I'm terrebly jealous of you. The crabtype actors I once made got downloaded about a 100 times less, in more time, while they were of about the same grafical quallity.

Maybe do the book reports instead of browsing an internet forum?

What.

Aren't cooks and chefs the same thing?
