He means a jetpack.
I think it'd be really cool to have a one-time jetpack that shoots a bomb up into the air which explodes soon after.
Like, a really nasty bomb.

Yeah, I'd rather have a normal jetpack, or a JUMPER jetpack on it instead.

yeah it's cuz sometimes my sentries loose their weapons... like I come back to my dreadnaughts to see them say "no turret" because of whatever reason.

It saddens me to control the little leggies, and not be able to do anything with them except move them around. So I'm thinking that you could add a jetpack that basically makes it a bomb when you press "up". It could be used to go on suicide missions after it loses its turret, or as a last resort weapon when overwhelmed by clones.

Of course, you would basically kill it by accidentally pressing up... but again, you could kill yourself if you accidentally do the wrong thing when driving a car or flying a plane.

Really? I thought pressing up had no effect on an acrab's walking if it didn't have a jetpack.

No I was talking about the jetpack as an emitter that's responsible for an explosion.

I'll be clearer:

Say you make an acrab, right? And it's like a normal dreadnought without a jetpack, ok?

So, as it's a standard acrab, it'll basically be able to move sideways and shoot.

Up wouldn't have any sort of effect.

But, if you add an emitter, then the emitter is activated with the UP key, normally W. If you make it a deadly emitter that basically shoots particles all around and explosions, you have a self destruct device. So, as long as you don't press up, you have a normal dreadnought. When you press up as a last resort, because your acrab is buried under gibs, or as a mistake (mistakes can be deadly too in real life, so it's not an issue) then it'll basically blow up and kill whatever's in its vicinity, but it won't do it if it gets killed in a normal way.

Also, AFAIK the AI doesn't activate acrab emitters on its own.
