Before you download it, Notice it's my first mod. It isn't that good...



Revolver

The revolver made by the Revolver corporation isn't just a normal revolver.
After an accident with a highspeedcannon, we wanted to use such things too!

The revolver doesn't go that fast... It's only that the igniting of the bullet... Well
It makes the bullet almost go into dust! When shooting, the bullet gibs.

Not true... You CAN release your first mod if the quality is fine, and if its not just a coalition pistol with a few edited vars.

Y'know how the sprites have darker colors where shadows would be, and more than just flat grey? It looks much, much better than flat crap.

Apart from the shading comments, these posts are not useful.

You can't help someone learn how to make better mods by telling them that they fail and/or suck.

Well, it's a Ronin Peacemaker with 16 edited variables and a new sprite.
That's not a whole lot better.

- Its offset is off, and that makes it look crappy.
- Its firing sound is misfitting and unoriginal, especially considering the firing speed.
- Making overpowered stuff and then adjusting price accordingly is okay, but best in moderation. Don't do that a lot.
- Its generic and boring, it doesn't even really have a name
- Its one gun. While that can be alright, it NEVER is when it's a generic weapon in function.

This is why this is a bad mod. Don't do stuff like that in future mods you make.

Standing by my comment that this mod is awful looking, performs no different than a normal gun, and is just as bland as boring as everyone elses mods.

Is that acceptable enough so as to warrant not being inflammatory, and actually being constructive?

i think its a good post but not as good as azukki's only because you didnt specify as much as azukki did. it would also be helpful (imo) if you organized your criticisms/flames better. i liked how you perfectly described people's first mods. your first post was 9001% pure flame but the one i quoted is much better in general.

I would advise posting your update asap, as well as letting us know how you intend to improve it further - It tends to keep interest in your mod if you keep adding new features and items to it. I also agree with Azukki's comments, if you can work on those points you could make a nice, albeit slightly generic mod.
