You suppose it's the first chance most of them have had to check out the Storm Sylph, or its crew, so you can't blame them. Can't waste too much time on this though, you'll all get nowhere if you don't set the ship to moving. Character Abilities: - Captain -- Fire! (Fires ship weaponry) -- Ramming Speed! (Shoots forward at full speed instantly. If on foot, goes much faster than otherwise possible) -- All Hands On Deck! (Summons Crewmember(s) instantaneously) - Moonlight Splitter (Flings a sharp, blue, fast-moving wave of magical energy) Inventory: Equipment: - Moonstone Greatsword - Padded Leather Armor -- Sleeveless Raiment -- Gauntlets -- Upper Leggings -- Knee Pads - Hooded Cloak - Potion Belt (6/6) -- 3 Health Potions -- 3 Magic Potions - Captain's Pendant Conditions: Stats: Strength: + Endurance: Agility: Intelligence: Magic: + Miggles (Robert Wright) [10]: You stroll around the deck, admiring the ship. It's a damn fine vessel, and you helped build it. Mhmm, damn straight. The others sort of form into a group, and you walk over and join them in their excited chatter. Character Abilities: - Engineer -- Gearhead (+2 to dealing with machinery and magical machinery) -- Jumper Charge (Sends a violent shock through the Engineer's hands. If used on machinery or magical machinery, instantly diagnoses any and all problems) - Bar Fighter (+1 to rolls based on unarmed combat) Inventory: - Spare set of goggles - Cool hat - Engineer Toolbag - Magic Robe Equipment: - Long dagger - Leather armor Conditions: Stats: Strength: Endurance: + Agility: Intelligence: + Magic: Fail Flail (Grif Mason) [10]: Charlotte starts flitting around exploring the Storm Sylph, while you notice that you're the only one wearing a uniform. Admittedly, you picked this up from a trader a few years ago after practically falling in love with it, so you can't say you're surprised that you're the only one in uniform. Character Abilities: - Artful dodger (+1 to defensive rolls) Inventory: - Charlotte - Pocket watch Equipment: - Aviator glasses - Sky Sailor Uniform - Rapier - Flintlock Pistol Conditions: Stats: Strength: Endurance: + Agility: + Intelligence: Magic: Izen (Sedraxis) [2]: Suddenly vertigo. You stumble back from the railing, clutching your head. Oh god oh god oh god okay it's okay just calm down breath you're fine you're safe you're in a flying wooden ship powered by an experimental magical engine and oh my god. You freakout. Character Abilities: - Fearful (+1 to running / using human shields) Inventory: - Whetstone - Pouch of Coins - Toy Clockwork Helicopter Equipment: - Leather armor - Spear Conditions: Stats: Strength: + Endurance: Agility: Intelligence: + Magic: Maart3n (Mareikura) [1]: You extinguish your flame, and approach the Engineer. "Hey, I'm a bit of a magic user myself, how's the engine work?" He simplifies things a bit for your benefit, but even with that you have absolutely no idea what he's talking about. "I... see." Character Abilities: - Pyrophile (+1 to using Fire) Inventory: - Rune-engraved Stone - Ritual Knife - Legend of the North Star - Simple Leather Armor Equipment: - Magic Control Gauntlet - Mage Robes Conditions: Stats: Strength: Endurance: Agility: Intelligence: Magic: ++ Tomaster (James Tiber) [4]: Well, you suppose you should go befriend the captain. It certainly won't help you to have him as an enemy. The two of you quickly hit off, and soon you're swapping captain jokes and stories from the selection process to be Captain of this ship. It's a start. Character Abilities: - Swordsmanship (+1 to actions involving swords or sword-like weaponry) Inventory: - Binoculars - Ammo Pouch -- 20 Blunderbuss rounds Equipment: - Corsair Hat - Bastard Sword - Blunderbuss - Leather Overcoat - Heavy Leather Armor -- Chainmail Undershirt -- Leather Brigandine -- Leather Pants -- Leather Bracers Conditions: Stats: Strength: Endurance: + Agility: + Intelligence: Magic: Game Events: The Storm Sylph floats in the sky, waiting to be guided into the wild blue yonder.

Make sure Charlotte doesn't touch any alcohol while moderating my own amount. How does a 15 meter long ship even have cabins? Or is it just really, really deep?
